The Baton Rouge Police Department appears to be the latest victim of a burglary in the Capital City.
Around 12:30 on Saturday, Feb. 5th, BRPD officers responded to a burglary in progress. That's when officers found Tuan Minh Nguyen, 30, allegedly with several BRPD items.
Plus, the glass on the first floor of BRPD headquarters was shattered with visible signs of things moved around and damaged in the room.
Nguyen was found with several of BRPD's electronics and other items. The 30-yr-old has been arrested.

Just like Michael Kelso, he was just trying to find out if he was the stooge.

Maybe he was trying to retrieve the diamond he hid in the air duct when the building was under construction.

I have been complaining about this for years.
Three cops had their heads blown off less than a mile from this facility in the summer of '16.
We've had to protect the property multiple times during civil unrest since that ambush, usually requiring as many as 50 men over the course of a 24 hour period.
If they aren't going to make site security a priority after those incidents, the least they could do is recruit one of our Federal partners and allow the Department of Justice's deep pockets to invest hardening this CRITICAL municipal government infrastructure.

They could have at least helped out and set fire to the building.
