Happens in all big cities these days. There are people that simply have zero respect for life. Out of control, rage filled idiots. Hopeless cases.

Yeah. I figured it was an area with tremendous culture....tons of music, arts....culture out the arse.

This is literally a mile from where they were marching for Nolan Wells. You can't make this stuff up.
