Brown dress shoes for a grey suit...

I always like a subtle pop of contrasting shoes/belt or an interesting shirt and tie.
Also, match tie with socks.

Those are both pretty dark, its just the lighting that makes the second one look lighter than it is. Only rule for this that I've found is stick with lighter greys. You get into trouble when you move towards charcoal suits.

yeah the darker the grey, the more you're apt to go with black shoes.
