BB Outlets sell different shite, and it is low quality
Posted on 1/19/15 at 2:37 pm to Pettifogger
I love the fit of their slim fit shirts but I always wait to buy them during one of the two big yearly sales. Not paying full price for that

The suits at the outlet are shitty. Everything else is fine.

If it has an outlet store it is probably not prestigious.
That doesn't mean it isn't good quality, but I think you are paying for the name.

I meant the main stores. NOLA has one, for example. Used to be pretty prestigious suits.

Neimans and Saks have outlets.

BB suits are fricking cheaply made. Don't buy their trashy suits.

No worries

I live in Ms. I doubt Bespoke will send someone to my front door.

Their no-iron shirts are worthy, they bake in some chemical into them (or so I was told), plus, they stay new looking forever.

The man who invented the chemical is a NOLA native--I went to his funeral a year or so ago...he was almost 90.

I wouldn't call it prestigious
Despite what Cades said, even their outlet stuff holds up well. Randy has worn their polos two years in a row with no holes and no fricked up collar

obviously not in the elite tier, but good for the money, if not slightly overpriced

Only thing I have bought from BB was a light sweater. Had a hole in the shoulder where the seam came apart within 3 months. Never bought anything from there again. Anecdotal obviously, but it is my experience.

I have several shirts that are 30 years old and still wear them. Just white cotton but they are nice.
Buy LLBean.

He did good work, that's for sure.
I try to tell people that chemical in the shirt makes it worth the extra money, but they refuse to believe. Their loss though.
