What for? Brian didn't do anything nefarious. In fact, he pushed back on some of the stuff Ben wanted to do along the way.

He actually answers this in the video I posted above.

BAM is suing Bryan by claiming he hired Ben to harass them, so he’s part of the lawsuit along with Ben.

But Ben thinks that’s hilarious because they have all communications from first phone call…Bryan’s friend is actually the one who emailed Ben’s email first, Ben saw it and thought it would be an easy/lighthearted and fun story to take on.

And obviously he has never accepted payment and only ever acted on his own, and he truly only wanted Bryan’s Legos back and nothing else.

BAM is also suing for the GoFundMe because they claim that is digital harassment or some nonsense.

Now he also says he just wants an apology for for BAM to admit they were wrong.

BAM is contacting all the Lego YouTubers who haven't weighed in yet and thanking them for "not getting involved". It isn't really working and is coming off way more patronizing and threatening than anything.

This is one who got their message and didn't care for it. She decided to weigh in after all.

She's also by far the best looking woman involved in all of this, so that should class up the thread a bit.

BAM corporate has been telling franchisees how to handle the situation, such as shutting off comments on any of their social media.

Not proof that corporate told the franchisee to reach out but frankly I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.

There is one of the body language woman breaking down the CEO’s interview after the “separation” with Josh and Brandon.

She was carefully not to say “he’s full of shite” but pointed out all the stops and restarts on certain statements and how it is almost all “we” language and not “I” languages meaning he isn’t taking responsibility for any shite that went sideways.

I am oddly very interested in updates. But these hour plus long youtube videos are ridiculous

This kind of shite, where Josh is basically name dropping the Mormon church connection, is going to help fuel a lot of Mormon hate.

People already think Mormons are weird. But having this barefoot guy who looks like a toothless hillbilly direct the cops to arrest people doing nothing illegal at the time by leaning on the cops as a member of the church is going to have splashback on the church as well as the PD and BAM.

I agree. There are parts where Ben is clearly not going about this the “correct” or standard way, but he also doesn’t look to be doing anything illegal. The cops even after hearing that the dude potentially stole $200k worth of stuff and has lost a lawsuit still do everything they can think of to cause Ben legal trouble. It’s wild and he is going to need some serious legal support to navigate this one. The good thing for him is you know that there are some damn good attorneys who would take this case knowing a payday is coming.
