Breonna Taylor protestor gets 7 years for pointing rifle toward Feds

The tacticool Not fricking Around Coalition showed up at protests in the summer of 2020 and in Sept of that year one of their stalwarts John F. Johnson, 59, also known as Grandmaster Jay was caught on video pointing a gun in the direction of local officers who were part of a Federal task force that were posted on a rooftop overlooking the Breonna Taylor protest in Louisville.
Jay was arrested on Federal charges and just got sentenced to 7 years in prison plus 3 years of supervised release.
He claimed his weapon wasn't loaded, the safety was on and that he was just using the scope and flashlight to see who was on the roof but the govt wasn't having that. He did get just above the minimum sentence, 27 years was the max.

I forgot about that. An accidental discharge by one of those bozos at a protest injured 3 people and nobody was arrested.
