Trump has not tweeted since announcing yesterday’s diagnosis. He is reportedly “fatigued” and has a fever but is in good spirits and has been working all day.
Donald and Melania have tested positive; other members of Trump’s family including Barron and Ivanka have had recent contact but have tested negative.

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump was headed to the hospital Friday after he and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for COVID-19, raising fresh questions about the president's health.
Trump, 74, was going to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, in what aides said was a precautionary move. Officials said they expected him to be there for a few days.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said the president "remains in good spirits, has mild symptoms, and has been working throughout the day."
"Out of an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of his physician and medical experts, the President will be working from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days. President Trump appreciates the outpouring of support for both he and the First Lady," she added.

Someone isolate VP Pence from all the women so his wife doesn't get mad.

I wouldn’t read too much into it. Could be serious, but more likely just being abundantly cautious. Boris Johnson went to the hospital soon after his diagnosis and quickly recovered.

Boris Johnson ended up having serious case, needing oxygen

Hopefully this isn't true; but it sounds like his condition could be getting serious
Honestly, I think it's smart regardless. I'd rather they be overcautious than not

I'd expect them to be giving him fluids and vitamin D. The hospital prolly has a pretty good well done steak too.

He did.
Trump is 74 years old I think. Any Covid diagnosis combined with the kind of stress he probably deals with daily should be taken very seriously.

Supposedly staying there for a few days

And not a dig at all, but you know him traveling for his campaign rallies on top of daily tasks as President takes it toll on a heavier set 74 year old.
It's good he is where the best treatment/monitoring can be provided

Yes.
But viral load matters.
And Boris shook hands with like 200 covid people and refused an n95 in a covid wing
Having said that, always liked Boris as a guy

I am no fan of him but I think he will be okay. Unless they are hiding something he always seems to get around pretty well for a 74 year old. I bet he gets it a little bad for a couple of days and is then back 70 percent after a week and then 100 percent after 9 days. All the people I know that got it and had symptoms even mild they were fatigued throughout the day but not "sick".

Will Trump invoke the 25th amendment?

Well that’s quite dramatic. But it’s Trump so what else would you expect?
