No. It’s quite obvious. Gen Z has since ore-school fully immersed in Marxist/leftist political indoctrination in what is supposed to be their schools.

Democrats knew full well the Dobbs decision, per the 10th Amendment, completely stripped Federal power to regulate abortion, either for or against.

Likely 100% incorrect

Even if correct the feds could get it via withholding money

Dobbs found there is no federal power to regulate abortion to the states.

No. Dobbs held that citizens don’t have an affirmative right to an abortion, via the Constitution, that overrides the legislative right of the states to regulate abortion. Dobbs is utterly silent as to whether the federal government, through its ever bastardized and expanding powers under the general welfare and interstate commerce clauses, has the power to regulate abortion.

I find it interesting that you claim your position to be so self evident and obvious when multiple Republican legislators at the federal level have voiced active interests in pushing federal legislation restricting abortion.

Are they idiots as well, or are they lying?

. If the federal government still has that power, Roe would not have been overturned

No

Roe was a bad ruling. Abortion doesn't fall under generic "privacy" rights, like Roe argued. That's it.

Kavanaugh specifically says Congress can.

3 libs + Roberts + Kav = win

Ironically, it wouldn’t surprise me to see Biden extend the repayment moratorium indefinitely while his forgiveness EO is being challenged.

Didn’t he say pandemic was over before whoever brings the corpse back to life went into correction mode?

Since the president, in your opinion, can on a whim, wipe out loans, what’s to stop him from declaring mortgage loan forgiveness? Or medial debt forgiveness?

Are those loans owed to the federal government ???

I’ve yet to read a coherent argument over who would even have standing to challenge student debt forgiveness.

You take out a loan and you have to pay it back. Is that coherent enough for you?

THE PLAINTIFF IN a lawsuit seeking to overturn President Joe Biden’s student debt forgiveness program has herself been a beneficiary of debt cancellation, in the form of a Paycheck Protection Program business loan worth over twice the maximum amount covered under Biden’s program. Myra Brown, one of two plaintiffs in the Texas lawsuit, owns Desert Star Enterprises Inc. Desert Star, which appears to be a sign-making business, was granted a $48,000 loan, of which $47,996 was forgiven on April 27, 2022.

A considerable portion of the forgiveness was directed to loans not held by the fed.
