direction of travel, towards canada..yellow spot hits and launches, lands and blows up under the awning..video camera position records it.

I'll believe my eyes I guess but hard to reconcile a local eye witness.

Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.

Almost as unreliable as the government.

Give me a break. This isn’t testimony in court years later. This is someone who is familiar with the area saying what they saw minutes earlier. I’ll take their word over someone with a video and Google maps(who likely has no frame of reference as to the camera positioning).

Eyewitness testimony is not reliable typically

Could this be some idiots that were trying to avoid being searched so hit an embachment at 100 mph and blew up?

Was it a Dodge Charger by any chance

I am having a hard time seeing the damage done to the car with it looking like it damn near disintegrated yet there seems to be too much glass still in tact in close proximity to the building for it to be a car bomb that detonated

The White House is also closely monitoring the situation, an official said.

Thank God. We have nothing to worry about.

Wouldn’t surprised me if we had some devices at the border to make some type of car bombs detonate .
If we do I'd hope we didn't place them directly next to the toll booth.

Didn't the witness say it exploded in the air? And why hot the gas at a checkpoint in order to run into a building anyway?

If this had happened in Maine I would have put money on it being something related to The Swayze Express.

I have no clue

Still could be terrorist related

I just don't see enough building damage to say it was a car bomb. At least not one of any significance. I would think that the pressure from explosives would have taken out all those panes directly above it especially where you can see the char from fire as well as all those light fixtures

—could be all the explosives didn’t go off.

5 pm update—high rate of speed and crash probable cause

That wasn't a bomb... just a car hitting something at high speed and catching fire
