Someone is trying to make fun of black minimum wage workers - there is no one in the U.S. with the first name "Char'Kethia." There are a few similar first names, but no apostrophe. Google it, or do a first name search.
It is the stereotype: young black woman with an unusual first name is a terrible employee who gets fired.
