During the PC they said it started during a traffic stop which makes it really weird it escalated to 20 people being shot

I think this guy was the only shooter. He was in the small truck, then he carjacked the postal vehicle. I understand the postal worker is one of the fatalities.

Yea, every country like that has a population of less than 50 million and is comprised of 90%+ of one single race and has extremely strict immigration policies.
