Does it really matter if there’s 2500 signatures? It’ll be a court decision based on the law regardless of what the public thinks should happen.

I’ve been in legal battles with estranged spouses and the spouse usually wins regardless of what any other family member thinks.

Yes the signatures make a difference. People should be outraged that a man who never expressed his desire to be starved to death may die at the request of a woman he was 3 days from being legally divorced from. Would you want a person that you were in the middle of a divorce with to make the decision if you should die? Especially when they have a million dollar incentive for you to die!

He never expressed his desires of what he would want. He is only being kept in his current state because his estranged wife has neglected to get him the necessary treatment and therapy for his recovery. He can not just get better on his own with out help. But she won't get him any help because she doesn't want him to get better. This is all about money to her

This is where AllLuv made her first posts ever on this board and she spent a long time posting tiktok videos that supposedly disparaged Josh's wife.

90% of the posts in that thread are either questioning or disbelieving AllLuv's motivations because they seem much different there, almost petty, disillusioned, and strange.

Poor Josh needs to leave this world with some dignity and she's not telling the whole story here in order to make you all more sympathetic to her side. Dude is mostly braindead and she's the cruel one by wanting to continue his life bedridden and drooling on himself for her own selfish reasons.

The wife is scum too, don't get me wrong. But AllLuv's intentions are strange in themself if you read the original thread with more info and actually watch the things she posted.

Have you ever cared for someone in his condition?. I have, and I have no qualms saying that the ones who try to keep these type patients slice are selfish. They just want a warm hand to hold. No matter what he will never be the functional Josh they knew...He will suffer till he finally dies. Don't torture him.

What's the point of any treatment? Is he going to be whole again and live a perfectly normal life? If not, say goodbye and pull the plug. This place is not worth dealing with all that shite so he can he blink his eyes for yes and no. If I was in that condition I'd hope my family can contact a Dr. Death for me.
