right across from BR High right?

There was also one in the pre-WalMart College Dr shopping center

Started on Eugene St out of a glorified snowball stand. Later expanded to a sit down establishment on College Dr, where Coffee Call is now.

Still my favorite sandwich.

Where was the shakey's in BR?

there are 150 in the Philippines (?), 50 in SoCal, and 1 east of Cali...

In Auburn.

ROAD TRIP BAWS!!
I believe there is a Pasquale's pizza in Greenville, MS (never been to that town). That would be the closest to BR.

Google says there are also franchises in Cleveland (also never been -- only driven through the delta), Laurel, and Jackson, but I believe that's wrong. I'm almost positive there aren't any in Jxn. The other two I can't say for sure.

Unfortunately I can't find a web site for the company. It may have gone out of business and the Greenville place kept the name anyway.

ETA: Where was the Pasquale's in BR?

Cafe Catiche. I ate there a bunch of times before it changed to the Chinese place.

Tiger Taco was a great place on Highland near Wienerschnitzel.

Europes Pizza down Airline.

Steak and Ale on Sherwood at Florida.

I don't remember it at all. It may have closed before I came to BR.

I vaguely recall there being a Pasquale's in BR but I never went there.

Do you remember a Steak & Seafood place called Bonnano's on Airline? There was a connection between that place and Drusilla Seafood, maybe the same family owned it? The family had a nice deep sea fishing boat called the "Miss Drusilla". They would load the boat with Snapper and other Gulf fish, I assume for use at the restaurant. Something happened, like a bankruptcy or something and they lost is all. I think the lawyers for them, maybe Zito's ended up with Drusilla. I think there was some bad blood over it, bunch of Italians stealing from each other?

Tree Dawg mentioned Peking Gardens. That was the place on corner of Corporate and College correct? Mid 80's. If so, the owner, Mr. Ho was a legend. Zombie was crazy strong.

For the life of me, I cannot remember the name of the place, and I think there were only two locations. It was a pizza joint that had sports memorabilia, mostly pictures and large wood tables. It was a buffet style. The pizza was okay, but they had these desert cinnamon sticks that were friggin awesome. I'd know the name if I heard it. Maybe one of the locations was around Perkins somewhere?

This place didn't stay open that long, maybe a year or two, but it was called Linebackers. It was on Essen.

I was just trying to think of places that were not mentioned. I remember going there one time for sure. I think the food was okay, but I just remember going there once to watch an SEC championship game.. This was maybe late 90s, early 00s.
