The vaccine isn’t even approved for kids under 16 yet is it?

The vaccines are not approved for anyone!

The FDA has granted emergency use AUTHORIZATION. This is not the same as approval.

But even for that age group that have had it? I'm so over every damn bit of covid I can't express how pissed I am just in general.

Edit: I'm not mad/upset about your response and do appreciate it.

Yes. I dont think its "needed", but I personally would still get it in that age group even If I previously had covid

Just called the Diocese because I wanted the superintendent's email and was rudely told by the little secretary that she does not have one. I said she doesn't have a direct email? I call bullshite. I don't want my letter going to you, your name isn't on the letter that was sent to me. I want her email. She would not give it.

I just looked at the diocese of Lafayette and the superintendent there has an email listed ..

Hers is her first initial of first name and then her last name.diolaf.org ---

So maybe try the super of BR diocese schools first initial, last name.csobr.org (that is the end of the secretary's address).

Worth a try.

Individual schools, the ones that actually deal with people and do workd, understand this will be an issue and dont want it

bullshite. They could simply choose not to incorporate it, correct?

Yes, my kids goto a different non catholic private school in BR and they are not requiring masks. Last year only 3rd grade up had to wear them. st George had the kindergarteners masked up

So it is ok for kids to go without a mask at the public library, church, the mall, Walmart, sporting events, etc. but not school? What are they thinking?

It's more ridiculous than just that.

Our kid right now is sitting in a classroom at SMHS (tech training) with a mask on, while her dance teammates are giving a dance camp to kids in the gym with no masks in sight. All at the same fricking school. Explain how that makes any sense whatsoever.

Like CHS. Not a part of the BR Diocese.

And the parents who pay the tuition aren’t woke.

I give zero fricks. She is a bigger idiot if she actually thought that parents would just be like oh yeh this is GREAT. They all live in their little liberal woke bubble and forget people actually have brains and common sense
