Then nobody would take it in the first place and you would have kids leaving Louisiana before college. At least with TOPS you are keeping them around for 4ish years and they are working and contributing to the economy.
They also go out and have successful careers and donate money and time back to the university. Like I said in an earlier post, if you don't like it talk to your state representatives and get the rules changes. I'm not going to feel bad for making the best decision for my future.

s this publication worth a shite in general?
I never cared for it. They don’t offer anything that’s very insightful and they don’t really give you scoop. I always thought it was more of an advertising rag that threw some week old business news in to call itself the business report.
With the Advocate becoming more NO tilted, the BRBR has been able to provide more stories of local interest like this one.
They do better with local issues, and politics and fill a void.

Threw up a standalone thread in OT about this. Generally interested in peoples experiences.

Makes sense to me, and note that the term "Atlanta" includes a lot of really nice areas that have nothing in common with "Atlanta." I have lived in "Atlanta" for 15 years now, and I can tell you I never cross the I-285 unless I have to do so.
There are so many restaurant chains located here, it just makes sense. It is easy to get suppliers to visit when they can hit all the key places at once. The airport is a huge benefit. The list of names hired makes it clear they wanted to be near a good source of employees. IHG and Inspire are almost within walking distance of each other. Yum! Brands is also right there in the same area.

You can go to Delta.com where they say you're wrong.
One of the original founders was from Macon Ga and he tried cropdusting in Ga for a year before moving to Tallulah. However, Delta Airlines was founded in Tallulah La. My great grandfather was one of the original investors in Delta and my family still has a copy of the incorporation papers. Also my great uncle learned to fly by flying crop dusters for Delta when they were in Tallulah and he was the pilot on the 8th Delta flight to carry passengers.

Walk-On's just opened here about a 20 second walk from my office. Anything there worth the money?
I am not up on what qualifies as a good restaurant in Lafayette IN, but I would assume that Walk-On's would be one of the better choices in the area. That is not a knock on your town, but it is a better than average chain restaurant.

I will let you call Delta and let theim know that the history page on their website is not accurate then.
Also, articles of incorporation have nothing to do with where it was founded or where the hadquarters are.
Delta is currently incorporated in Delaware but is headquartered in Atlanta.
