Girl was raped....time passes.....she feels suicidal....she goes to seek help....they take blood and it tests positive for HIV....she tells them she was raped by dude. How hard is this?

It could take up to 6 months for it to show in a blood test.

What thread are you reading. Seems to me many posters are questioning whether she might have had HIV before being raped by him.

According to The Advocate which has a lot more details to the story, she was allegedly raped on August 16. She only was admitted to the hospital because she was having suicidal thoughts after the rape (had actually been twice before since the incident for the same reason). They did a routine blood test and then she told the nurse about the rape.
Suspect sounds like a fine upstanding member of society too:

she's 13!! most adult woman don't immediately report a rape, sometimes they never do, now think about being 13. she most likely felt embarrassed, ashamed, scared that he would do it again... come on people use your brain

Where in the article did they describe the actual rape act? I guess you are going on just the charges?

I'm skeptical about the rape claim given the delay in reporting. Let's at least wait and see if the accused is HIV positive before assembling the lynch mob.
