Actually it features a corrupt New Orleans mayor putting forth policies that pull police out, creating a sense of lawlessness, in a fictional neighborhood called Clearwater, while secretly colluding with covert corrupt cops to terrorize that neighborhood's citizenry into leaving town. All of this so that he can bulldoze the neighborhood to build a new Naval Shipyard.

I mean. It could have been tv, but I didn't see any film cameras, and no film crews were there and there was no private security keeping people away.

I guessed homicide because the amount of cops. "Ten, fing teeen" usually for natural causes you don't get that much backup.

They were filming NCIS New Orleans down there and the airport for the next few days. I made a ton of shite at work to redo a mayor's office and a airport terminal. Sorry if spoiler alert, I don't watch.

I thought the street work that is going on indefinitely lining someone's (Landrieu friend) pockets has effectively rendered the street useless.
