We are past the point of women like this needing to be fixed after illegitimate child #2. There is no reason a 26 year old should have 5 freaking kids especially considering all of the free birth control out there.
The taxpayers should not have to support all this damn breeding because that is all it is. After the 2nd one the mother should be told that the government will not support any future children. If you have additional children you will not receive any more benefits OR we can pay to have your tubes tied.
