The current trajectory is certainly unsustainable long term. I often wonder why people that are poor have 6-7 kids. That's the last thing I'd want to deal with, even if someone else was paying, if I couldn't care for myself.

They generally don't deal with them, and that's part of the problem. Kids are raised by grandma, the school system or no one.

Free day care, head start, public schools, summer breakfast and lunch programs.
They really don’t have to do much

The whole purpose of his legislation was to destroy the Black family and make them government dependent.
"The Great Society" was literally criminal in it's purpose and it's results.
That being said. No matter this young lady's lifestyle. She had a life. She had family that loved her. Her death due to that actions of a criminal should not be discounted or mocked.
