Are you suggesting that blowing a rape whistle in your ear should be legal? Damaging someone’s hearing is certainly criminal

Ok? What does that have to do with me correcting the dipshit on his assertion?

Correct. However he had no permit on him (or even photo ID), which under Minnesota state law is illegal. fricking stupid law, but there it is.
Try to read better.
You'd probably know this if you understood "your government" better.
Again, this is all fricking semantics and you know it. He should've been what? Arrested at worst? Issued a ticket and weapon confiscated?
Not executed in the street like a dog

Was the shooting justified?

I thought the Constitution applied everywhere? Are you acknowledging that states have the right to limit firearms?!? Who knew?

You said he was legally carrying. He was not. That's not semantics, that's correcting you on your ignorance of Minnesota concealed carry law.

This is like saying Koresh needed to be stopped because he was a pedophile.
I agree he was a pedophile, but it is not the business of the ATF or the subject of the raid. Alex didn't have an ID like required by law, but that's none of ICE's business and they don't enforce state law.

Did you ignore the part where I said it was a stupid fricking law?
I am 100% an advocate for constitutional carry, even for the most batshit crazy progressive. I was correcting dipshit on his ignorance of the law, a law I specifically said I disagreed with. But keep on assuming what you wish I guess.

Humor me here. Do you think that blowing a 120dB whistle in the ears of federal agents is "peaceful"?
And are you seriously saying that this constant whistle blowing causes no harm?
What was fat whistle lady actually out there protesting? What specific arrest? Pedophile? Murderer? Drug trafficker? Lawn guy?
It's amazing that this stuff isn't happening many other places outside of liberal safe spaces.
I'm disturbed by this current shooting, I think things have escalated way too far in this country, but I have no remorse for these idiots blowing whistles in ICE agents ears.

Agreed.
And considering the amount of disinformation (e.g. Noem’s statement and Bovino’s interview), what’s the concrete evidence we have that Pretti wasn’t carrying (a) ID and (b) a concealed carry permit?

No, and I've never said it was. Sorry to burst your gotcha bubble.

“Mommy, that woman hurt my ears with her whistle!”
Good Lordy I never knew TD was so full of bootlickers. All those years of bitching about the government infringing on your rights. Turns out you’re actually ok with it, as long as it’s Dems getting the beat down. What makes you think they wont eventually come for you when they run out of Dems and Messicans?

IMO this is why the shooter should be charged. It doesn’t ever appear that his hands go near where his gun was. Just hearing “gun” is not reasonable to unload on a person on the ground.
If only they didn’t stop the practice of wearing body cams for some reason…

That Walz and Kemp are purposefully creating these confrontations, and that more people will die because of it.
Not that they give a frick.
And to make fun of your stupid fricking statements like "your government"

The ole South Park defense. All squads need to have a designated gun-guy. As soon as those uppity libtards start causing trouble, have him yell "GUN GUN GUN" and unload on them. It's foolproof!
