Because the systemic problems created by the massive illegal immigration caused by the administration has serious negative consequences for the entire Republic regardless of where these immigrants settle. Just focusing on Red States because they actually enforce the law exacerbates these problems.
Then the goal is no longer maximizing the removals.

If LEO acts illegally, they aren't performing lawful duties. How can a citizen interfere with lawful duties that don't exist?
I'd like to see you make this argument in court.

Are you, as an attorney, asserting that it's a valid excuse to interfere with law enforcement if you see another person being pushed to the ground?
I mean I certainly don't think you'd hold that assertion. So then why bring it up as justification?
Like I said before: following this logic, there is no amount of force an officer can apply that justifies intervention. Intervening in literally any application of force, from a shove to the ground to machine gunning a daycare, would be unjustified impediment of law enforcement and be worthy of deadly force in response.

Did he say or even imply this?

I think they're referencing other incidents that have no relevance to this particular incident.

LEO have been prosecuted for acting unlawfully and creating a situation that led to citizens being harmed, when the initial justification was that their actions were lawful.
Remember the dirty cops in Houston a few years ago?
Or these 2 cops in ATL who pled guilty to manslaughter

Of course not
There’s no defending the incident yesterday, so it requires a zoomed out, emotional counter argument to try and rationalize it
Most people would say “frick, that’s a bad shoot” and move on
But when you’re ideologically tied to the outcome of every single event, mental gymnastics abound

I can read between the lines. And it was a question not an assertion. It’s a bit early for him to need council, thanks bud.

Police have a moral obligation to de escalate any non violent situation.

Each situation is its own thing.
It doesn't matter how many protestors yelled at the LEO previously. The LEO doesn't get to then act illegally with other people not engaging in that behavior.

You can have the opinion it's a bad shoot, while also have the opinion that the "bad shoot" wouldn't have happened if things weren't being handled by state and local government to intentionally provoke such "bad shoots", yet by bringing this point up you're immediately labeled a government boot licker who thinks ICE can do whatever they want.
Almost if by design.

We’ve already established these are not police. And there are no police because the state of Minnesota refuses to allow police to aid ICE.

This is why they want to try to create a diversion to talk about illegal immigration policies, generally, or cooperation between feds and local LEO
Even if they think the shooting was bad, it's a cope mechanism to protect the in-group identity OR, probably more important, avoid being labeled or self-conceptualized as the out-group.
