So you understood that you asked if that poster had ever read the Hebrew Bible after it had been translated into Greek? If a person has read the Bible, reading the LXX is an entirely redundant act. You might as well make an equally asinine claim that they haven't read the Bible unless they've read multiple English translations, or Mandarin, or whatever arbitrary language you might choose.
So that's why I'm pretty sure you don't know what you're talking about. It's nonsensical.

Too many to list. I would say the greatest books ever written, ones which truly reach the sublime and discover what men really are( that is the point of reading- to learn about men) in no order
1) 100 years of Solitude
2) The sound and the fury
3) Heart of Darkness
4) The Brothers Karamazov- I personally regard this as the single greatest novel ever written
5) Witness- Greatest biography in American history.
6) The law- Bastiat
7) Blood Meridian
8) The Fatal Conceit
9) Moby Dick
10) As I lay Dying
The first four I listed are probably the most profound novels ever written.
1) 100 years of Solitude
2) The sound and the fury

4) The Brothers Karamazov- I personally regard this as the single greatest novel ever written

You can't really enjoy literature unless you read the bible first. Nearly every single book/novel regarded as a classic of the western world is heavily influenced by biblical tales. East of Eden the obvious example, but others too. Absalom Absalom!, Moby Dick, etc
