I see the judge's name is being withheld.

How can we trust the system with no visibility?

If that's my kid, leaving your cell would be a very bad idea.

What about THIS particular case? Where it is confirmed that there is video evidence.

I don’t think we should be making rules about bail based on the circumstances of any one particular case.

Video evidence is pretty damning but also isn’t perfect and, imo, should be evaluated by a jury. I am all for a substantial bond.

Anyone who inflicts that type of violence on a defenseless child, lies about it, and blames another defenseless child is capable of anything.

There is video evidence. This should take 72 hours max. I don't give a frick what it actually takes now in modern society.

Did this bitch beat the frick out of that little boy and is it on camera or not? That is all I give a frick about it. Everything else that "is the way it is" is wrong morally.

You simply do not believe in the Constitution or at least in this case, the 6A. You don't believe in the idea of every accused getting a fair trial. I get it, it is easy to succumb to emotion. I don't know if you are a man or woman but since tOT reminds us every day women use emotion and men use logic it is likely you are a woman NTTAWWT.

I admit I am talking the piss but the idea you can prepare and give an adequate defense in 72 hours is ignorant as frick. Emotions are a helluva drug.

So. in your mind, what did the little boy do to deserve his beat down.

Did he say that chics don’t have dicks?

I know how that triggers you.

Seriously though. Why would equate an adult (allegedly) assaulting a child with a bar fight between two adults?

That is a false equivalency that is perverted even beyond your norm.

absolutely nothing.

But he’s alive.
intentionally beating a child
is bad

Unintentionally killing someone is also bad

“how bad was the crime” isn’t the same as “are they likely to do it again while out on bail”

Don’t like it, take it up with Thomas Jefferson

Generally only 10% is paid.

$4400 is much easier to get.

Excuse my ignorance, still surprised her family could scrape that up (the same family that should be letting her rot). Also, lots of theories around that these are agency funded collectives entice frustrations so 4400 would be a steal and drop in the bucket compared to a million for anthony.

She’s lucky it’s not my kid.

It wouldn’t be today or tomorrow or even next week or next month but the bitch and her family would be looking over their shoulders. I would have letters sent to their house explaining what’s coming. But they will never know when. This would be told to them directly.

Put a little time between everything and let the news flush this from memory then start a rigorous process of making her regret her life.
