Media will regularly speculate and make up conclusions out of thin air right up until it comes time to support police. That video doesn’t “appear” to support. It clearly shows she is pointing a (albeit replica) gun at the officer.
ETA. frick the family’s lawyer for this quote after seeing the video. “We cannot exonerate him at this point,” he said, “but we certainly cannot condemn him.”

These body cams really aren't working the way those that demanded them wanted. Thank god, for the police, they have the evidence needed now to prove they did their job correctly and effectively.
