You noticed that only the cop lovers here see something being pulled out of his pockets?

They want to justify the cop murder soooooo bad.

He did not. The painted hose nozzle was still in his pants.

This may have been asked, but aren't the police trained for these situations? The public isn't, why should they be held to the same standards?

Because it is about perception and that perception being reasonable.

Once you reasonably believe your life is endangered you have the right to defend yourself with lethal force.

No one is required to take chances with their life due to extra training.

Extra training does not restrict your right to defend yourself from death or serious injury.

Doesn't look like a gun handle at all. Good grief.

We all have to remind ourselves that we're dealing with low IQ, gun loving rednecks on this site.

Here's the thing, while I don't condone excessive force, if the man in control of the situation tells you to do something, you do it. If you don't, you should be prepared for any consequences, even the ultimate one is excessive.
I mean, that's so outrageously absurd, and sad that citizens have been broken down to think like this.

If I were in the suburban behind him I would have been pissed. That's a lot of shots with a big passenger vehicle in the back. Was it empty?

Yes, you would be. Like I said before, try shooting someone who reaches into his pants pocket during a verbal altercation and you'd be cuffed, as soon as the cops arrived. Or better yet, try shooting some roided up baw who has his hands behind his back while he is jawing at you. The "i felt I was in danger" mantra would not hold water.
