Justified or not aside, how did they expect the guy to put his hand in the air after shooting him 7 times. Seems rediculous to even yell that command after all those shots.

Not that it will matter to this crowd but why were the police dispatched out there? Did this guy already point the "painted water nozzle" at someone and was it reported as a gun? Because a guy reaching in his pocket and a guy that has threatened someone with a gun reaching in his pocket are vastly different.

And quit saying the guy was mentally ill. That's fine to whip up a jury but until we start tattooing that on people's foreheads, how are the police supposed to know when they encounter him in the street?

I know where you are coming from, I used to think like that as well. I've had an awakening of sorts in regard to the abuses of the enforcement arn of government

The first person I ever killed was a judgement call. Guns drawn they were aware of the situation. The guy in question reaches for something and I think gun on instinct I kill him. Yes it turned out it was a gun he had grapped therefore justified but if we had found no weapon I would have still felt like I did the right thing. .... frick just re watched and I don't think I would have shot that guy right then but I can understand they are on edge and probably scared. Not murder IMO

top trying to incite internet forum riots. It's childish.

I just posted a video. The OT took care of the rest. Do you call Trump out for inciting riots?

He didn't deserve to die.

The poor old lady didn't deserve to have her liberties infringed upon either.

Something very similar happened when I was young. We were driving around and a friend of mine was sticking a drill out the window pretending to shoot people. A few minutes later we were surrounded by patrol cars. We followed every command they gave us. They later explained a citizen called in a complaint about us driving around waving a gun out of the window. My friend told them it was probably the drill. My advice to everyone is listen, move very slow and deliberate, & always keep your hands away from your sides.

You are either heavy on the trigger or in an extremely rare number if you killed more than one person as a cop.

They had to be pretty scared with their bullet proof vests shooting an unarmed, shirtless man several times!!!

Better make sure he's dead right???

If he's dead, then he can't tell the world what really happened!!!

I don't think you're helping the discussion with this hyperbolic rant. It's pretty obvious you know little about police procedure.

What would you do if
quote:

a man knocked on her door, identified himself as a federal agent, pointed a gun at her and asked to see someone named George. The man was told there was no George in the home; he then asked whether there were drugs in the home, and was told there were not.

Cops shoot to murder, I know. Then they say they were scared and the public looks the other way. Lets not waste taxpayer dollars having a trial.
