Whoa, so he pulled a fake gun and tried to force his way into a woman's home. Then pulls an object(gun) on the cops? Thats just suicide by cop there. Totally justified in my mind..

I'm not saying he is justified but it is not as clear cut as it seems. He goes into his pocket and brings out a black object when they fire. Going into your pocket and pulling out a black object when being ordered down by cops might get you shot.
