Yeah that won't last long what a sad state of affairs that is. The theme park isn't even worth going to without the water park being open

This is going to be an epic disaster. $10 per day will attract a very undesirable crowd

I’m going to buy it and build a high rise apartment complex subsidized by housing vouchers to further gentrify St George.

I once interviewed for a a summer management job there. The owner told me that he wasn't investing any more $ into the place, and that he was going to operate it for as long as he could and then sell. And that was 15+ years ago.

My kids went for the first time last year. They had a good time so we put a couple of season passes in their stockings this past Christmas. Not sure what will come of that.
