Yea I saw downtown getting closed down. As of now, nobody has shown up downtown.

I mean, if that is what this is all from, then we need to shut down DC because I’ve seen plenty of threats like that against Trump.

The rumors seemed to come from the Facebook group, not this guy and his call. Though the call, along with other threats Woodfin says he’s received, probably contributed to the fences going up around Linn Park.

Great description of the group and exactly as I expected. Mountain Brook is an exclusive, expensive area so I am not surprised they feel the white privilege.

Yeah... The guy called this afternoon and these rumors have been going on since at least last night. Most of my friends that work downtown left work early both yesterday and today (the few that actually have to go into the office).

The worst thing our police have to deal with is the occasional domestic dispute and pulling people over for DUI’s leaving Oteys. They are probably salivating at the possibility to frick some folks up.

Saw some pictures of the protest in Crestline. So sad. So much white guilt. My favorite sign I saw “I’m sorry for not doing enough”
