Black "panther" escapes home and prowls the rooftops of its town

I thought they didn't exist
guessing it's not a "panther" and is a leopard based on that last pic (the spots and being in Europe and not the Americas)

was coming home from the marina yesterday and saw a yuuge bobcat walking across the parking lot, I've got a 55lb, heeler and that cat was considerably larger, at least his frame was, thought about hogretardsince55 and thought about picking a fight with it just to see if I could kick its arse
