Since the police won't intervene because both sides have "papers" on the property, the rightful owner needs to find some motorcycle gang types to stay at the house until the natives are out.

How messed up must they be that even the SPLC is against them?
Here's what a real police officer would do:
1) Get a copy of each party's "deed"
2) Tell them I'll be back in a couple of hours
3) Drive to courthouse and ask to see where the deeds are kept
4) Find deed and compare to identify the true deed
5) Drive back to house and arrest the noncompliant party for trespassing.
The fact that the police just threw up their hands and walked away is mind boggling.

Honest to God, these assholes think they are just playing a game and "stickin' it to the man". If somebody waited until they took a walk to the corner grocery and shot their asses up, justice would be served.

I'd take a day off of work to go sneak and break into the home while they are at work and re-change the locks and everything. I'd put notice on the home that it is protected with fricking 17 12 gauge shotguns.
