i feel like a lot of people in the thread are missing this entire point. the reason our country is so fricked now is because of the billionaire class and the 100+ millionaire class of the past buying the government and rigging the system.
it's easy to say "you shouldn't hate people for being successful", but they aren't just successful because of their decisions, they have rigged the system using that wealth.
