Palmetto bug AKA Cock Roach... They come through the drains... My old house, when I ran the dishwasher, I had to empty it soon as it was finished because I'd sometimes find one in there. The sewer lines are filled with them. Bengal roach spray also works really well.

OP literally stated "Big Roaches" and "huge roaches" in his post.

They’re the big huge little ones.

The only changes over there are that the parish dug the ditches out about 2 weeks ago. Maybe they moved into the house after their ditch condos were destroyed.

This is more than likely your issue.

We had an issue a couple of years ago when the neighbor behind us had to have a sewer line replaced. Once the plumber disturbed the ground with the backhoe until they put the soil back in-place, me and both my next door neighbors had massive roaches showing up in our showers nightly. Was pretty annoying.

Your renter is a nasty person.

No amount of spraying will overcome a renter who doesn't clean up.

I find that they will come inside when it hasn’t rained in a while to look for water. And bc it’s been sprayed, they are being flushed from hiding spots is my guess.

How much does she order from Amazon, Ebay, or other small shipments. Eggs and live bugs can be transported in those boxes very easy

buy a water soluble powder called Demon.

Spray it inside and all around the outside of the house. The big roaches will be gone. Spray it once a month for three months and you likely will never have to spray again.

Buy Advion cockroach bait from Amazon and place it around the rental. We had roaches in New Orleans and I bought the 4 pack and put it around the house. We never saw another roach and we were there for 5 years.

One of my neighbors helped an old lady that was sick in some older nearby apartments and said she was dealing with roaches, I gave him a tube to use at her place.

He said a few days later she was cleaning up roaches with a dust pan. A few weeks later he said it effectively eliminated the roach problem for the complex.

Advion is a "slow" acting poison that effects the nervous system of the roaches. The eat it, crawl back to wherever they live and die. Roaches will eat other dead roaches. The second-tier roaches eat the dead one, get poisoned and die. Rinse and repeat. It kills them all.

Combat MAX Roach Killing Bait for large roaches.

They have worked successfully for me several times when just spraying did not do the trick.

I lived in a ground-floor apartment in Florida so, naturally, had a lot of roaches during my time there.

Bengal Gold Roach Spray (you can find it on Amazon) is the only thing that worked. If you spray it around your house/apartment, it will not only kill roaches when spraying them, but will also stop them from hatching. It did wonders for me because I think I had both the American and German cockroaches in that apartment.
