Yea, Solyndra is a poster child for how great the progressives have been with their green energy projects.

Meanwhile, in the news it’s the Russians and Oil Companies that are driving up prices, certainly not Biden who from his first days in office made war on domestic oil production and pipelines.

How insanely dumb does one have to actually be to accept that utter nonsense?

I beginning to wonder if we will have any more elections. May sound crazy to some but not to me.

People who don’t pay attention to anything outside their bubble may believe this shite.

Which means Dem voters and that is about it, as they target the ignorant and pseudo-intellectuals who claim to be free thinkers but are instead NPCs.

Doesn’t seem like an appropriate use of the defense production act. Boosting oil/gas production to refill the petroleum reserve might be.

It’s not. In the past it was used for national security purposes or emergencies. This clown is doing it for purely ideological reasons.

“Here’s the situation,” Biden said in May when asked directly about the “enormously high” cost of gas. “And when it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.”

All according to plan

The mid terms can’t get here soon enough

It really won't matter who's in office at this point. The entrenched unelected people in DC are calling the shots. ESG is here to stay and no one in their right mind would invest in O&G in any sort of long term aspect knowing that it is the sworn enemy of the government. High prices are here to stay.

That’ll last me a week. It now costs me almost $600 a month for gas for just my truck

Think about how much better off we would be if all politicians had this mentality.

I have hit the point of believing this is all intentional. They can't simply legislate everyone into following all of the green policies they want, so they are just going to inflict enough pain to force people into following them.

I don't know why, but I'm more repulsed by the immense amount of nature being consumed by solar farms than I am about refineries, nuclear plants, and other conventional sources.

Defense Production Act

Much like the Executive Order this, too, has become bastardized in recent years.

Anyone still refuse to believe that we live in a soft dictatorship governed by the EO and bullshite like this? It is cool, though, the next guy from the other team will just undo it all by way of the EO and more emergency declarations that allow him to use the Defense Production Act. Then, the next guy will undo that, and the next, and the next......

fricking LEGISLATE! Otherwise, our entire system is fricking pointless.

Of course it is, they want gas prices high so it's easier to push their fricking "green new deal".
