Not sure why they aren't already dead or why the hell this is an option.

Biden administration’s decision to enter into plea deal negotiations with the al Qaeda mastermind and facilitators of the 9/11 terrorist attacks — which could take the death penalty off the table.
Negotiations between prosecutors and defense attorneys at Guantanamo Bay could reportedly result in guilty plea deals in which capital punishment would not be possible for 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four co-defendants.

Steps to solve this problem:
1. Remove all attorneys from Gitmo.
2. Put bullet into terrorists heads.
There is zero reason they are still alive. I understand they wanted to see if any of them would spill the beans about future attacks but it’s been 20+ years.

Just think about this fact folks,
The democrats want to round up and imprison Republican voters simply because they don't vote the way they want but they want to give sympathy, aid and comfort to the terrorists who killed thousands of Americans.
American definitely has an enemy within its gates. It's called the progressive left

Another asinine idea from an asinine administration. 5 short ropes, 5 tall trees. Situation resolved.

But all the LIV golfers are HORRIBLE for taking the money to go play in the Saudi league........

The fact that our tax dollars pay for the defense attorneys really pisses me off. These criminals should have faced a firing squad years ago.

But, of course they are.
DOJ/FBI harassing Trump supporters left and right, but let's cut a deal with these guys.

Think about this fact, folks. Republican presidents have been in power 12 total years post 9/11. Why didn’t they take care of this? Why did they continue to give “sympathy, aid, and comfort” to the terrorists?

I propose Biden personally call and explain this action to the 3000 families that lost loved ones on September 11, 2001.

The president can’t sentence someone to death.

remove the death penalty for people who were willing to die to kill others?
makes sense.

Certainly not, but they can appoint to positions to keep or remove from being an option.

They captured KSM relatively quickly after the 9/11 attacks. I think it was sometime in 2003, but I'm not positive. He was about 35 or 40 y/o then, making him 55 or 60 now. The CIA held him at black sites facilities for a couple of years, waterboarding, among other things, the shite out of him.
After they had gleaned all they were going to get out of him, they transferred him to military custody around 15 years ago for more of the same. He's still at GITMO (as far as I know), probably in solitary. I'm sure, at least in the early part of his stay, that "advanced interrogation techniques" were still on the table.
If I'm KSM, I'd welcome death. It can't be a walk in the park locked up in solitary for 15 or 20 years, wondering when they might hook your nuts up to a car battery again. I hope he's miserable.
However, we should have put this a-hole down 15 years ago and called it a day. Even if torture provided actionable intelligence, he couldn't possibly know anything of operational value after 3 or 4 years of isolation.
