BHS

I was thinking the same thing...I find that it's a common misconception by the inbreds: we are as obsessed with them as they are with us, and 90% of LSU fans/alumn would know exactly what BHS was and where it's located.

Sorry it's Brooks high school.

Investigation was turned over to SBI because she had family on local force.

Innocent until guilty. But lots of former girls students coming out on fb saying she was abusive towards them.
Guess if you was on her good side who knows what could happen.

2 year fling supposedly.

Not a bad thing to keep in mind. I often wonder how easy it is for an innocent teacher to be falsely accused by a vindictive student.

All they have to say is “such and such happened.” The school starts an investigation. The local newspaper picks up on it. The teacher gets out on administrative leave. The newspaper posts the story along with a picture.

Voila, the teacher guilty in the minds of many people in his/her community without having a chance in court.

Supposing the investigation ends with no charges filed, the teacher gets to hold their job. But what if they want to move to another district? Their name has already been tarnished in the newspaper.

The newspaper gets to claim that the story was of “public interest” so they are not liable for spreading a false allegation.

And if the student is not of financial means, good look getting financial restitution for a false accusation.

Hell, not just teachers. The chance for this type accusation to become a witch hunt against an innocent person is high. I'm not claiming this woman is innocent; I don't know anything about her or this situation. However, I do know a guy who was damn near destroyed over false allegations like this. All it takes is one vindictive ex, in his case an ex-girlfriend, with a child. In instances like this, I 100% believe that the accuser should be subjected to the same potential punishment that the wrongfully-accused would have received. That would nip a lot of this shite in the bud.

I have been saying this for years. Along with a pet owner being subject to the same criminal punishment as if he or she committed the damage that their pet did on another person.

Another link with more pics. She was also a Bama cheerleader, her mother taught at the same school (rumors about the mom also with other teachers), her husband (good guy) works is for her dad. It's a mess.

Did Brooks High School replace Hazelwood? Hazelwood had some good football teams in the late 80's. Though I think Hazelwood was in Town Creek, not Killen.
