They could, but I think they'd have trouble hiring people if it were legal federally and easily accessible. Imagine an employer right now trying to test for alcohol or nicotine.

It can, but for most people it clears out in 1-2 weeks. Really depends on how much the person uses. If your test isn’t until 3/1, and you only did a little for the first time, it’ll most likely be out of your system by test date. You may even already be clean. Wait until this weekend and take a home test. They seek them at any pharmacy.

Bro, going through the effort of sourcing and obtaining "clean" or "synthetic" piss is ridiculous. You have until March 1st, so you have nothing to worry about. Go to GNC, get some QCarbo32, don't smoke anymore between now and test day. A few hours before you piss on the test date, drink the product as directed. I 1000% guarantee you will pass.

It will never be acceptable in high risk industries legal or not.

I'm pretty sure the 30 days number is there to scare people into not using. I think a more realistic number for a non-habitual consumer is 5-7 days, maybe less depending on how much you smoked/ingested.
You might be clean now, and you'll definitely be clean in a week and a half.

Well sure. But then you have companies like Humana that aren't even testing for it anymore because it's legal in multiple states (that they have offices/employees in). You just have to agree that shouldn't be under the influence while on the clock.
I imagine a lot of companies will start going this route.

Well that and you have to take into consideration your weight. The heavier you are the more likely it is to stay in your system longer (it's the same with anesthesia by the way, it stores in your fat cells).

Before I moved to a state that rarely drug tests, I always bought it in head shops. If you can't find it there, check vape shops or even sex shops(they sell it claiming that it's used for Golden Showers).
