The preloaded weather app for the iPhone just ain’t cutting it. I am looking for an app that would give daily, if not hourly, forecasts (including percent chance of rain by the hour) including easy access to radar. I am also looking for one where you could have a home city, but also have several other cities loaded like the current iPhone weather app. Thanks

I have 3 on my phone. The Weather Channel, WAFB weather (local weather) and the Weather Underground app. I am not sure what you looking for, but I look at the WAFB app and if it shows something like.. there is a 90% chance of rain in the forecast, I check the other apps to see what they forecast.

If you are looking for an app that is pretty accurate specifically for 3 hr Windows, RainAware is your app

Every phone with app capabilities is a smartphone. You can just say "best ____ app for my phone" and we'll know what you mean.
