Best way to protect car from bug stains and rock chips?

When I graduated from college years ago, I moved to the gulf coast along the interstate 10 corridor and have been here ever since. A nuance of living along the gulf coast in industrial areas is the combination of rock chips on the roads from pickups with wide tread tires that routinely park in gravel lots for work that sling rock chips as they drive on the roads and the large population of bugs. Every vehicle that I have purchased has looked terrible after a year of ownership. I've accepted the fact that I'm always going to have a chipped windshield as long as I live in an industrial area. I keep my cars washed but unless you wash your car every day, it is going to end up with places where bugs create a permanent stain. I keep bug remover in my vehicles and clean the front of them while pumping gas and bought a membership to one of the car washes to try to keep them protected. My cars still look bad. What makes it worse is that car manufacturers have gone out of their way to make most of the new ones white.
Any suggestions on a coating or application that I can apply to the front of my vehicles to improve the protection from rocks and bugs? Is there any type of professionally applied coatings that are worth the money?

Get a clear paint protection film, clear wrap.
You can target specific areas you want to protect.

Ceramic coating. Spend the money, it’s worth it

Ceramic protects against hard water, bug damage, and other acidic substances that could damage your clear coat. However it does not protect against rock chips. If anyone tells you this they’re lying. Coming from someone who has installed 1,000’s of coatings.

Google Car Bra
It's really a thing. It was very hip in the 80s and 90s

Drive in reverse half of the time.
That way half of the bug stains and rock chips will be located on the aft leading edges.
Modern problems require complex solutions.

Oh man I had one of those on my Explorer in HS. I feel like I haven't seen one in years. I'm not sure if mine ever deflected anything

rock chips
Never get behind gravel and dump trucks.

or don't drive, cause they usually come out of nowhere.

I hear ya but I took a different approach. It is a depreciating asset. It will get nicked. I Just roll with it and let it happen.
