Do they bring you presents?

No they have not. But they're supposed to.

We used these to keep critters out of corn fields. Runs on a propane tank and 125 decibels of sound. Noise cannon

You have a patch of trees nearby? They probably have a roost there.

First you make a roux!

Seriously, I wouldn't bother them at all. I'd either ignore them completely or try to befriend them by leaving them treats.

I read that as ‘crowds’ like as in rioters

Was interested in people’s suggestions ??

I agree with this. I have a small murder that hang around my house, especially in the late afternoons. Of course, they have never done the obnoxious cawing that you describe.

There is a guy who lives down the road from me who refers to a certain group of people as crows so when I think of a certain group of people instead of the birds, it makes the heading in this thread kind of funny.

I am not saying what group of people he refers to as crows. Might be Mexicans, it might be Asian people.. People will just have to assume.

Chickens are more annoying than crows. I wish I had a murder of crows in my yard. I want to train one to bring me money.

A cat isn't going to run off one crow, much less a whole crew. Crows will run cats off.

Create a crow effigy hang a crow decoy in tree like it is dead. This was done in Cades Cove area in Smoky Mtns when we had a crow problem where crows were dive bombing people for handouts. Google it and you will see various article about it.

Fireworks that are very visible when set off (lots of sparks & smoke). Noise only fireworks & other noisemaker tools won’t make the birds want to stay away for good.
