Kubricht did mine in 09. Was fantastic and he didn't make me go to a creepy cult swingers party(pun on Kubrick). He is laid back and will joke and shite to make it less awkward than it naturally is.
He did a great job and I got fricked up really bad/good that night at Bulldog on Lortab 10s and booze. started the Antibiotics the next day.

Hastings no longer performs them. He did mine and 2 buddies. Sent another friend his way a couple months ago but he just does other urology stuff now.

Make sure to find one who will give you Vicodin after. First guy I consulted with was going to give me ultram. I went with another doc. Hey, if I’m gonna get my balls snipped Bc my wife doesn’t like when I pull out, there’s gotta be something in it for me.

It isn't that hard of a surgery. There is no "best." Just go to someone who makes a small incision and you will be back on your feet in a day.

It's an outpatient procedure with no general anesthesia. I can't imagine more than 500-1k with a pre-op consultation and then go for procedure.
I was lucky and had 2 copays then a free followup after my 25 jackoffs, the last of which was done in the bathroom on the surgery floor of the Orthopedic Clinic. Was cold and cozy bathroom.
