That completely depends. There are so many variables. And you okay with being the a-hole or do you want it to be amicable? How long have you been together? How serious is/was the relationship? How old are both of you? Why do you want the relationship to end? I could lay out 10 different scenarios right now, but 9 of them would be the wrong ones for you.

ETA- Like the dude said above “this isn’t working out and I want to break up”. The shorter the better, but it also depends on the depth and duration of the relationship. Obviously brevity shouldn’t be an issue if you’re on here asking how to get her to break it off.
