Best shaver for the balls?

My current, appropriately named Ding Ling is crapping out. Tell me which is the best electric to use. I like a trimmer style one but am open to other suggestions like a body groomer.

Sack skin is loose enough that some guards don't do a great job at guarding. Take my word for it.
The skin is surprisingly resilient though, just use a blade.
