I had a bad gas issue with cramping a year or so ago and found it was a certain protein shake powder I was using every day. Tinker with your diet for a week and see if it helps.

I had been doing a keto diet leading up to my trip home to Louisiana, but I’ve indulged in mom’s Cajun cooking this week.
