We have Classic Brands Cool Gel Memory Foam 14-Inch Mattresses in each our of guest bedrooms from amazon. No lie we’ve had 5 different people buy them after sleeping on them.

16 months in on our T&F and it's still like new. Our first memory foam so we didn't know what to expect, but we were more than pleased especially with the price we paid. Sleeps cool and is super comfortable.

Another vote for Tuft and Needle. We got our king size mattress for $750(I think they have gone up a little on the price).
Have had ours for almost 3 years and it is still as comfortable as the day we got it.
