Best place to buy tires for my truck in BR?

I bought a used f150 today to replace the one I lost to the flood. I am happy with the truck but it could use a fresh set of tires. Is one place any better than the next and what should I expect to pay for a full set and alignment? Any tips or input from the OT would be greatly appreciated

Skid Marks around Gonzales is usually highly recommended on the boards.

Find a local retailer who will online price match. Get them to match a set of good year tires. Call good year and tell them the local guy is selling the tires for the procematched price. They will knock 10% off of that price.
As for alignments, Gonzales tire in prairieville, nowhere else.
A lot of places do alignments, very few places do it right.

buy tires online. Cheaper and can be delivered in like 2 days. Now you will have to get someone to install them and if you don't buy it from then they don't typically care to do the work.

I'm pretty sure all Hunter alignment machines give the same alignment specs based off of year make and model, do they put some magic dust on the parts that need adjusting?

Get them off of tire rack and then pay the 75 to 80 bucks to get them mounted and balanced. then get an alignment.

not entirely true. There are plenty of places that will not spend any amount of time making proper adjustments to the camber and caster. They will essentially "Set the toe and let it go".
Cajun Automotive in Walker will spent as much time as necessary on an alignment to get all of the numbers right. Terry does all of the alignments for the body shops in the area and they depend on him to put out good work,He does the same for walk in customers.

BTW, spec isn't the end all when doing alignments. On a rwd vehicle you want between 1/2 of a degree and a full degree of cross caster with the right side wheel being higher( more forward) to combat road crown pull. Most roads crown off to the right and by bushing the right side wheel more forward than the left it counteracts this crown pull without sacrificing tire wear at all.
