Collin county is a mixture of all classes....from poor to rich and everything in between.

ETA: It is a wonderful county though. My comment is not a knock on the county, just a correction for anyone that doesn't know the county.

St Tammany for LA if you could drop Slidell from that parish. So the real answer is Ascension

And the rich people in Dallas definitely don't live in Collin.

The same could be said about St Tammany. Their road situation sucks and I’m sure they have their share of worthless politicians. That being said, Ascension’s government does suck and the good ole boys need to go

You're not getting any more than 2 out of the 4 in Louisiana, and you're never getting government accountability

Ascension Parish has great public schools, tons of jobs, plenty of nice neighborhoods, and a Parish President who was on tape bribing a candidate to stay out of a city council race over a year ago, is under indictment, and still serving in office as if business is usual.

Yankees. Sure, there are million dollar homes in every county in Texas, but with that said, the Dallas elite typically live in Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, or in the neighborhood next to whatever private school their kids go to.

Two states:

WV: Boone (obviously) Realistically probably Monongalia where WVU is located

VA: NOVA counties (Loudon and Fairfax) are some of the most expensive places to live in in America, but its NOVA, so that sucks. Honestly not sure what county I would pick for VA, maybe Chesterfield or Henrico, which are just outside of Richmond.

Owning a million dollar home does not make one rich....not even close.
