LA - Lincoln Parish. Ruston is the perfect size and the plenty of rolling hills.

Bossier isn't bad, someday soon though it'll start getting a heavy influx of Caddo's bullshite. Lincoln is a very good parish as a whole, Ruston has a ton of old money in it and isn't real high on the crime rate.

IMO:

Alabama:
Shelby
Baldwin
Jefferson (Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Homewood ONLY)
Madison
Some parts of Mobile and Tuscaloosa County are OK

Mississippi:
Jackson (the county, not the city)
Madison

Georgia:

Any one of the 10 or so north of 285 along 985, 75 or 85, although Gwinnett is falling fast.

Any time you want to post pictures of Alaska I am ok with it. My personal favorite was the bear swimming in the middle of the lake

The one in ice? That sucker was amazing. Walls of the fjord were too steep to escape so he finally found an iceberg to plop out on. So exhausted afterwards he could barely move.
