Not all Unisom is benedryl, the sleep tabs are doxylamine succinate
I get better results with the doxy
But I'm on Klonopin & ambien now

Melatonin. Get 5mg and asses how much it takes to work on you. I take 6mg usually.

My best night sleeps are right after I smoke a bowl. It really does help and it makes you feel soo rested the next day
