Just picked up some ZzzQuil. Any idea how long it takes to put me to sleep? 30mL

I don't, but I travel for work, so it helps me get over the shitty beds and time changes.

Melatonin and a school textbook does wonders for me.

Your problem may be that your stimulating yourself being on Td at 1130 at night. Why don't you try and turn off the electronics and tv around 9, get in bed and read a book?

Smoke some weed. Give it an hour and youll will be out.

Do you workout? Get some exercise and drink plenty of fluids during the day. If that doesn't help, it may take a few weeks, try the melatonin that comes in small strips that you place on your tongue. It works very quickly for me (I work nights so take in am) with no hangover effect at all. Also, make sure your room is fairly cool, dark, and have some white noise like a fan or window air conditioner.
Good luck....

how many people who regularly use sleep aids are also on a prescribed stimulant
Not me, not on any regular medication, limit caffeine to 1 cup of coffee in morning and occasional glass of tea at lunch, only need sleep aids occasionally (1-2 times a month) and much less when I exercise regularly

Try getting a 10,000 Lux Light Box to reset your Circadian Rhythm. It worked wonders for me. I recommend buying online from Northern Lights (Canadian Co.).
